ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND
You may be eligible for a refund only if the following condition is met:
Our IPTV service has completely stopped working, and no backup solution (such as another server, rerouting, or workaround) has been provided within 3 calendar days of your first support request.
We make every effort to resolve service interruptions by:

Providing IP rerouting options to bypass ISP blocks
Assisting with reconfiguration or setup on your device
If, after these efforts, the service remains non-functional beyond 3 days, a refund may be considered.
NON-REFUNDABLE SUBSCRIPTIONS
Refunds will NOT be issued under the following circumstances:
1-Month Subscription Plans
All 1-month plans are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason. These short-term subscriptions are considered low-commitment and are excluded from refund eligibility.App/Device Incompatibility
If our service doesn’t work on a specific app that does not support our streaming format, a refund will not be granted. We recommend using recommended or compatible apps provided in our documentation.User Misconfiguration or Device Issues
We do not refund if the service works correctly but the issue lies with user-side setup errors or unsupported devices.ISP Blocking Without Trying Alternatives
If your internet provider blocks access and we have already provided working alternatives (VPN, proxy, or reroute), no refund will be issued.Trial Orders and Expired Plans
Free trials or expired subscriptions are non-refundable under any circumstance.
